Trick or Treat

Roman and McCoy, A.K.A. Mario and Luigi.  This is about the extent of how long McCoy wore this hat and glasses.  What a day we have had.  Ear infection topped it.  He was determined to have fun tonight and not miss out. 

My candy passer outer, Drew.  Apparently too big for costumes but kind enough to let me get a couple of these.  I can't believe I got this in the pitch dark with only the porch light.  Love this of him.  Look out world......he's got it all......handsome, smart, kind, funny, loyal, honest, talented, interesting and one of the best hearts I know.  Oh, some girl is going to take him from me some day.

Grant has a brother

Reid Thomas;  soft, squishy, calm, wide-eyed, agreeable, wanted and loved.  Baby brother to..................

 

  

 Grant himself;  original, smiling, truck and dirt loving, boot wearing, somersaulting boy who, as you can see, will be a shark for Halloween this year.  Love this kid.  Love this family.  Glad they moved a little closer.

Ornery

My McCoy.  He looks so big like a boy instead of a baby as I see him.  Not even two yet.  So ornery and independent and smart as a whip.

Heartstrings

My heart really needed this today....Pics with two of my boys at the pumpkin patch.  

Something about being in an open field with a warm wind, mud on my jeans, wearing Drew's old snow boots, a last minute, let's go do this today, take our time, spend only $3.00 on the hayride kind of day.........makes me feel like I'm doing something right.  Best birthday present.

They look like they need me, but I need them so much more.
