Papageorgiou

It had been a few years since I had seen this family and since then, alex grew up quite a bit, and there was a beautiful new addition by the name of Delaney.  They win hands down my favorite client name too.  Just as it sounds.  But as my mother used to say, "That's Greek to me".  :)

Faces

I didn't want to send these two faces back to school today.  It was such a nice Christmas break, even with all of the sickness here.  We all had our doctor's visits and spent our days on the couch, but it was cozy, and it was together. We are simple and easy to please and even as terrible as we felt, a break from the norm was good.

After school and back home this evening, it was fettuccine alfredo, a couple of playlists, homework, and a little wii competition before bedtime. Good enough.

little beauties

Two sets of the biggest brown eyes awaited in the window to greet me and introduce me to their new baby sister last Wednesday the day after Christmas. While the blizzard ensued outside, we got to hang out and get to know each other a. I really enjoyed these little faces and the warmth they shared on such a cold snowy day.

I think the only thing cuter than this......

could be this.........

or maybe this.....yes this for sure.

Baby face

More of Will....a lovely face to share..the teeth, the eyes, the cheeks.  We thoroughly wore this guy out.  Dad said he would let us know when he was done and we certainly knew he was, when he just plopped onto his back on the front porch right after we got the one of him in his red sweater below. With no expression and in what appeared to be a photo coma, we let him off the hook. We plopped him in and out of the tub and then off to bed.

Taylor

Little beauty tonight at Jeffrey Mansion.  I can't stop looking at this face.  You can see the outline of the  mansion in her eyes as the sky creates the catchlights.  The sky makes for a great lightbox.  That shape is what makes it so much more engaging to me.

Beach face

This summer the boys all saw the ocean for the first time.  They approved with lots of body surfing, shell collecting and castle building that included huge walls, moats, and roads for the cars.

McCoy stuck closer to the sand unless Dad carried him out to the waves.  Content to tuck his head on Dad's shoulder and be as brave as a 2 1/2 year old can be.

Side note: how do we stand a chance with this face. Good thing we are fairly strict and stick to our guns or he would run the house. The little charmer.
