While Custer and his parents were up from Cinncinnati visiting family and friends, we were able to grab a session in the park. Custer will be One year old next month and the last time I saw him it was a cool, rainy morning and we were stuck inside for the most part. This time it was nice to have what really seemed to be the perfect day. He's a happy baby so we really just sat him in different spots and let him do what he felt like. He tried to climb off the bench and eat flowers, you know, the usual. My favorite moments were as follows; he was playing in the grass (and eating flowers) when he fell backwards. Instead of trying to get up, he just seemed content to lie there and the quick images I grabbed look to me as though he has fallen asleep in the middle of a field. So cute. The other is when his mom picked him up when we were finished and he snuggled up on her arm (first image). Oh yeah, and when he pulled Daddy's hair.
So glad we could get together Casey and Keith. I love this session. Those baby blues are killing me.
