It was great to see baby Owen's big brown eyes again. We had a good time, especially because mom and dad decided to break all the rules. Being self admitted non rule-breakers, it was a big deal. Owen got to check out Dad's flag, play in the dirt, and even smear food all over himself and the floor. This was so much fun to watch. We all thought he would just try eating it and make a mess, but he just saw it as a toy and dug right in and poured it all over. I completely love it when parents are willing to have fun. Life is short. Clean it up.
